Needs of healthcare workers in frontlines are as important as army ones. Each centimeter of liberated Ukrainian land comes at the cost of blood shed by Ukrainian defenders. Human life is very fragile and even under normal circumstances healthcare workers have no right to make a mistake, and every second determines if a person is going to live. In active combat, it is much more difficult to save lives without sufficient number of equipment and medicines. Patients in surgery wards have the most complex injuries. The more needs there are, the less time to save lives.
That is why Serhiy Malyk’s team was helping healthcare workers and hospitals even before its formal registration. And now, having received the official status of Charitable Foundation, we continue raising funds to purchase medical equipment, tools, drugs and medical products that will help our doctors to save as many lives of Ukrainian heroes as possible.
